At PARKE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and attach the pre-paid digital shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
